Before and after pictures of a single storey extension we did, with a bespoke frameless glass roof lantern. Our main aim when doing an extension is match it into the existing property so it looks as though it has always been there.
As you can see we needed to prop the chimney and insert steels to take the load off the chimney, to allow us to remove the cavity walls and form a kitchen/living area.
We routed out the existing concrete floors on the ground level so there was no loss of ceiling height and fitted underfloor heating throughout.

All ground floor was refurbished adding a utility and moving the kitchen from the front of the property and turning into a snug.

This is a single storey wrap around extension with a bespoke part glass lean-to roof.
We removed the side and part of the rear walls to transform the garage into a kitchen/living area also forming a utility room. We added an en-suite to the ground floor bedroom and fully renovated the ground floor adding underfloor heating throughout. We also added a full spec AV system.
As you can see it's matched in perfectly as we reused the bricks we removed from the side and back of the house. The kitchen was fitted with some slide and hide doors to form a bar and tea making area.
